CrewRadr operates an automated, transactional SMS messaging service via toll-free number +1 (855) 710-7793 designed strictly for situational awareness, vehicular safety alerts, and account security notifications.
SMS notifications are triggered only upon explicit user opt-in or critical safety events:
- Automated Vehicular Crash Detection Alerts: Instant telemetry alerts dispatched to user-designated trusted emergency contacts when high-G deceleration or severe collisions are detected.
- Emergency SOS & Safe Landing Check-Ins: Notifications sent when a family member or crew member activates an emergency SOS distress beacon.
- Account Security & Authentication: Transactional one-time verification passcodes (OTP / 2FA) to secure logins and account recovery.
- Enterprise & Customer Inquiries: Follow-up text messages responding to inbound consultations voluntarily requested via web forms.
2. Carrier Non-Sharing Clause
Strict Privacy Guarantee: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
3. Explicit & Voluntary Opt-In Mechanism
In accordance with CTIA, TCPA, and carrier guidelines:

4. How to Opt-Out (STOP)
You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply with the keyword STOP to +1 (855) 710-7793.
After texting STOP, we will send you a single confirmation text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your mobile phone number unless you explicitly re-enroll.
