1. Introduction
Welcome to CrewRadr. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.
2. Eligibility
To use CrewRadr, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security.
- You must comply with all applicable laws.
- You may not use the service for illegal purposes.
3. Service Description & Safety Disclaimers
CrewRadr provides location sharing, trip tracking, telematics driving analysis, and crew safety coordination features. Features may vary based on your subscription tier.
- Not an Emergency Response Provider: CrewRadr is NOT a replacement for 911, emergency dispatch services, or professional monitoring systems. In the event of an emergency, life-threatening danger, or urgent medical need, always call your local emergency services (e.g. 911) immediately.
- Telematics & Sensor Reliance: Location tracking, driving scores, speed calculation, crash detection, and distraction detection rely on mobile device sensors (GPS, accelerometer, gyroscope), cellular connectivity, and operating system battery management. CrewRadr does not warrant that telemetry or crash detection will operate without interruption, delays, or error under all physical circumstances.
- Driver Responsibility: Vehicle operators remain solely and exclusively responsible for the safe and lawful operation of their vehicle, full attention to the road, and adherence to all posted speed limits and traffic laws, regardless of any in-app alerts or safety scores.
- Artificial Intelligence & Predictions: Any predictive safety features, including estimated times of arrival (ETA), anomaly detection, and predictive risk scores, are probabilistic statistical models provided solely for situational awareness and convenience.
4. Your Data
Your data belongs to you. Here is how we handle it:
- You retain ownership of your data.
- You grant us a license to process your data to provide the service.
- Location data is encrypted end-to-end within crews.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- You can export or delete your data at any time.

5. Acceptable Use
To keep CrewRadr safe for everyone, you agree to follow these rules. Violation may result in account suspension or termination:
- Use the service only as intended.
- Do not stalk, harass, or harm others.
- Do not attempt to circumvent security features.
- Do not use automated tools to access the service.
- Do not impersonate others.
- Report any safety concerns immediately.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription:
- You may cancel at any time.
- Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
- Refunds are handled per app store policy.
- Free features may change over time.
- Subscription terms are managed through your app store account.
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
6.1 SMS & Text Messaging Terms
CrewRadr offers optional SMS text messaging services originating from our toll-free number (+1 855-710-7793) for transactional notifications, automated vehicular crash detection alerts, SOS emergency events, and security authentication codes.
- Voluntary Program: Consent to receive SMS messages is completely voluntary and is not a requirement or condition of purchase or receiving services from CrewRadr.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message received. You will receive an SMS confirmation of your opt-out.
- Assistance: Reply HELP to any message or contact support@crewradr.app or call +1 (855) 710-7793 for customer support.
- Message Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies based on active emergency events and user check-in triggers. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Privacy & Data Sharing: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewRadr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes.
10. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CrewRadr.
